Brief introduction of product
JS500 concrete mixer is applicable for mixing stiff concrete, pasty concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete and all mortars in all prefabricated structural parts factories and industrial & civil building engineering construction departments of water conservancy, road and bridge etc. It is used not only in independent operation and but also to combine into simple mixing plant with corresponding batching equipment.
According to different discharging modes, this machine includes manual type (JS500), electric type (JS500D) and pneumatic type (JS500Q). Features of the whole machine include reasonable structure, good mixing quality, short mixing time, low energy consumption and low noise etc. Main parts of electrical control system use import components with excellent performance and high reliability.
Standard discharging heights of this machine include: 1.5m, 2.7m and 3.8m (or design according to users’ requirements). Users can self-prepare tilting carts and concrete mixing trucks that are matched with this machine.
