pyrolysis and distillation plant for recycle waste to oil

Specifications

The Used Tyre Refining Machine Recycle Weast Solid To Oil included two phase :

                     1. one was pyrolysis plant from waste solid to fuel oil

                2. another was distillation plant from fuel oil to diesel

1.this is the waste recycling production line to recycle waste tyre/rubber/plastic etc. into fuel oil and diesel ,gasoline by high temperature pyrolysis technology .there will have three by products for the final :

    A.fuel oil -

        which widely used for below industry:                                                                           

   B.carbon black -

        which widely used for below industry:

1.electric cable jacketing

C.steel wires-

        which was same as other steel productis,can be recycle back to make other steel .the local price was around us$ 650/tons.

 By the way ,there also have the forth energy will be produced during process ,that is the burn gas .-

    in the normal cooperate ,there will have a parts of oil gas (quantites around 3%-5%) which can not be the liquide oil will be re-designed back to combustion system to heat the reactor .in this time we can stop the raw heating material like coal ,wood ,or natural gas for heating ,just use the burn gas produced during process to heat the reactor .which can save a lots of energy also .
