1. Introduction of silver charcoal making machine
Silver charcoal making machine is used to squeeze charcoal powder whose humidity about
20% into coal rod shape. Silver charcoal making machine uses propeller to force charcoal
powder move towards the discharging head. Then tremendous pressure formed by propeller
and the shaping mold, this pressure squeezes charcoal powder into silver charcoal rod finally.
Final charcoal briquettes made by silver charcoal making machine are cylinder rod shape,
hexagonal rod shape, square rod shape, finger rod shape, triangle rod shape, etc.
Silver charcoal making machine has only one discharging head before, but now, in order to
improve its production capacity, our factory has been designed new type silver charcoal
making machine which has two or three discharging heads. Our silver charcoal making

5 The whole line of silver charcoal making machine
The whole line of silver charcoal making machine includes: carbonization furnace-----
charcoal crusher------Wheel mixer&liquid mixer----Silver charcoal making machine-----Box

Carbonization furnace If your raw material is biomass wastes such as coconut shell/palm shell,
sawdust, wood chips, tree branches, walnut shell, etc. we need to turn these biomass wastes
into charcoal lumps.
Charcoal crusher: The second step is to crush charcoal lump into fine charcoal powder. Normally,
if we want to make high density silver charcoal, we need to ensure fine powder's dimension less
than 30 mesh.
Wheel mixer& liquid mixer: The third step is to make natural binder for charcoal powder, and then
mix charcoal powder and natural binder evenly in wheel mixer.
Silver charcoal making machine: The fourth step is to shape fine charcoal powder with binder into
silver charcoal briquettes.
Box dryer: The last step is to dry up your silver charcoal briquettes in box dryer.

30*30*30mm, etc.) round shape shisha charcoal briquettes(diameter in 25mm, 20mm, 30mm, 33mm,
35mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm, etc.)
