1. Shisha charcoal making machinery is used to make charcoal briquette for shisha,
the shape of briquette can be cube (25*25*25 mm, 20*25*25 mm, 10*10*10 mm),
round(diameter: 28 mm, 30 mm, 32 mm, 35 mm), we can make the mold according
to customers' requirements. Also we provide ignition formula technology, which can
make the shisha charcoal very easy to ignite by a lighter. This shisha charcoal
machinery is applicable for making small round tablets from charcoal dust. The output
briquette is in high density, perfect shape, good appearance. Meanwhile, it is easy for

4. Description of shisha charcoal product line
1) Crushing is the first step of making shisha charcoal, material should less than 1 mm,
our crusher is self-develped production, specially used for charcoal briquetting, the size
of charcoal dust is controllable by adjust the air fan. The crushed charcoal will not fly
all around but go to the tank, this ensure a good environment for your workers.

2) Mixing is second step of making shisha charcoal, our wheel mill machine is a good
mixing device to mix the charcoal dust with liquid binder very equably. It is not only
used for mixing, but also used for pre-pressing (conpressing), before making charcoal
briquette, this machine can increase the density of charcoal dust, so that the final

3) Drying is last step of making shisha charcoal, due to the liquid binder, charcoal
briquette will have 15-20% water content, so we need to dry the briquette. Our drying
