Brief introduction of pto wood pellet mill
Pto wood pellet mill is a new energy saving machine, it is used to squeeze fine biomass powder(such as
sawdust powder, plant straw powder, plant stalk powder, wastes paper powder, leaves powder, etc.) into
pellet shape. Final pellet is widely used in biomass boiler,heating, household gasification furnace,industrial
boiler, restaurant, heat source, to instead of coal. Pellets made by pto wood pellet mill is in high density
because of high pressure provided by pto wood pellet mill. Pellets' density is around 1.1-1.6g/cm³, and its

Raw material requests:
1) Raw material: Tree branches, wood wastes, wood sawdust, wood pieces, wood shavings, leaves, wastes
paper, bark, roots, rice husk, rice straw, wheat husk, wheat straw, corn cob, corn stalk, sugarcane bagasse,
palm shell, coconut shell, dry grass, animal manure, etc.
2) Raw material's dimension: Less than 3mm.

Working principle of pto wood pellet mill
1. Through the belt conveyor , the materials get into the storage, then screw conveyor in the storage will feed
material to the pellet forming chamber automatically and orderly.
2. In the forming chamber ,two gear and mold help to form and press pellet, Gear rotate to press pellet come
out surround.
3. Automatic cutting equipment around the mold ,which can cut pellet automatically,it can also adjust the length
of pellet .
4.During the process,the oil supply device can lubricate the gear,mold and bearings of molds.

1. Efficient.--Wood pellets are an efficient source of heat with high combustion vablue,like pine is 4500-5000
Kcal, olive wood will be about 4500kcal and straws are about 3700-3800Kcal.
2. Cost-effective--Wood pellets are economically competitive with home fossil fuel options and electric heat.
3. Environmental friendly--Wood pellets are a sustainable fuel source,the ash producing is lower than coal and
log/firewood,except rice straws pellets(max8%),the other will be lower to 0.9%.
4. Renewable. Wood pellets are a biomass product made of wood waste or other forest waste. Raw materials
can be waste pallets,veneer,branches,debarks and so on.
5. Broad application. Wood pellets can be used in a lot of appliances such as stoves, furnaces, boilers and
