Biomass Carbonization Of Charcoal Kiln Furnace
Charcoal kiln furnace:
In our factory, there are two types of charcoal kiln furnace which are spontaneous carbonization furnace and airflow carbonization furnace with different appearance shape and different size for different capacity. We will provide you a suitable one according to your demands.
Raw materials of charcoal kiln furnace can be:
1. Tree branches whose diameter is more than 30mm.
2. Some nut shells, such coconut shell, walnut shell, etc.
3. Biomass briquettes made from sawdust, small agriculture wastes.
The final charcoal from charcoal kiln furnace:
After biomass sticks or any other tree branches being carbonized by charcoal kiln furnace into charcoal, the final charcoal is smokeless, smelless with higher calorific value which can be 8000-9000 Kcal (according to different kinds raw materials). And the charcoal's weight is one fourth of its origional weight.
1. Spontaneous/self ignite charcoal kiln furnace:
Self ignite charcoal kiln furnace is an environmental carbonization furnace, which is saving fuel during the whole carbonization process. Spontaneous charcoal making oven uses thermal decompose goods in the carbonization furnace by its incomplete combustion.
Square self ignite furnace:
The working principle of self ignite charcoal kiln furnace:
1. Drying stage: First, we should set fire on wood, tree branches, wood briquettes, etc.(which we have laid in the carbonization furnace) through four holes which locate furnace's bottom. Then close the holes. And close the upper holes till the thermometer (which loactes on the surface of thr furnace) reaches 100°C. At this stage, the temperature in the furnace will reach about 100-160°C,and all the water content will be evaporated.
2. Initial phase of carbonization: At this stage, the temperature in the furnace will reach 160-280°C, wood, tree branches, wood briquettes, etc. will be decomposed into carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, etc.
3. Carbonization stage: At this stage, the temperature will reach 280-450°C, wood, tree branches, wood briquettes,etc. will be decomposed rapidly and finally carbonized into charcoal.
4. Carbonization time: 34 hours (Carbonize briquette in furnace about 14 hours,then cool them about 20 hours in carbonization furnace)

2. Airflow type charcoal kiln furnace:
The airflow charcoal kiln furnace is our new invent, which is also combined type. The charcoal can be hoisted outside, in this way the cooling time can be reduced much, thus, the productive efficiency increases a lot. It is the ideal choice for mass production of charcoal.
This type of furnace adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber, to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization. And 60% of the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonizing, saving much fuel during the whole process, and increasing the enterprise revenue.
Square airflow type furnace:
The characteristics of airflow type charcoal kiln furnace:
1. Charcoal carbonizing furnace;
2. Closed cooling device;
3. The carbonizing temperature can be controled and adjusted;
4. High heat transfering and high hard-wearing composite materials lead to high efficiency carbonization stove.
5. All the gas return furnace for combustion, so there is no exhaust emission.
6. Short carbonizing time.
7. No smoke nor no polution.
