We can design the fully automatic or Semi-automatic brick production line. For the baking kiln, we can design and build the tunnel kiln or annual kiln according to your requirements.
Tunnel kiln is the automatic kiln for baking the green bricks. It needs less manpower, and the the whole process of feeding and discharging will be controlled by a person. And it needs about 3-4 hours to bake the bricks. This kiln is most suitable for the large capacity production line.
Annual kiln is the manual kiln and it needs a lot of labors. The workers need to put the green bricks on the cars and bring them into the kiln. And this kiln is most suitable for small and middle scale brick production line.
