Quartz glass is a good chemical stability material with extremely high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and pressure resistance. It cannot produce chemical reaction with water, salt solution and most of acid. Only hydrofluoric acid can corrode the quartz glass. Its acid resistant is 30 times more than ceramic and 150 times more than stainless steel. The chemical stability at high temperatures is incomparable.
