Application:
Used to divide and cut rolls of non-woven fabrics, paper and film into bars, and then roll them into coils, especially used to cut materials of high tensility.
Features:
1) Easy to adjust the cutting width
2) Tensility can be controlled automatically with magnetic powder arrester
3) Unwind with photoelectrical edge position controller (hydraulic type)
4) Handwheel adjusts the tension unit around both sides of base materials
5) Can stop automatically with figure displaying meter and yard machine
6) The main drive gears adopt electric decelerator machine, controlling the speed by frequency conversion
7) Rewinding centre with double-friction drive
8) Unwind key air shaft and rewind leaf air shaft ensure the coiling quality of the wrap-up coil in different width
