Different Kinds of Processing for Bus Stop Polycarbonate(pc) Board Advertising Light Box
PC advertisement lamp box is lighting products and has the role of billboard, made of PC board with hot-formed. It has different shapes, many kinds of colors. According to drawings or samples supplied by customer, it can be made to order. Its appearance is novel and distinctive, and the waterproof effect is extremely good. It has some characteristics such as heat insulation, daylighting, impact resistance, resistance to wind erosion, light deadweight, low cost and easy construction and so on.
Light box made with the PC diffuser plate has a good transmission of light and has good visual effect watched from different angles. The back of the lighting part shall not be projected to advertising side. All sorts of characters and colored designs can be printed in the picture through using the techniques of jet printing by computer, photo processing by computer, screen printing and heat transfer printing, hot-formed. Its visual effect is good, no matter what it is the day or night. And most of materials with these advantages of high strength, anti-UV, anti-aging, anti-static, can be used for a long time, under the environment without direct damage or influence of climate.

Characteristics of PC board lamp box :
Weatherability: The surface is covered with anti-ultraviolet co-extrude layer, which can prevent resin from aging and yellowing caused by the sun’s ultraviolet rays. The surface of co-extrude layer with chemical bond can absorb the ultraviolet radiation and translate it into visible light, which has a good stable effect to the plant photosynthesis. It makes sure that it will not fade outdoor in ten years. It can keep all the physical indexes stable within -40 centigrade to 130 centigrade. The yellowing degree is only 2, and the decreasing value of light transmittance is only 0.6 percent.
Resistance to heat, resistance to cold: During the temperature from -40 centigrade to +130 centigrade, it will not cause deformation or degrading the quality. PC board will not be brittle in -100 centigrade, as well as be softened in 137.3 centigrade. Its mechanics and mechanical properties don’t have obvious changes in hostile environments.
Lightness & Rigidness: It is light. It is only half weight of the glass, 1/3 the weight of acrylic board. Owing to good adaptability and safety, it is easy to handle, drill. When installed, it is not breakable, and construction is simple and safe.
Preventing dewing: When the outdoor temperature is 0 centigrade, the indoor temperature is 23 centigrade and the relative humidity indoor is under 80%, so the inside surface will not dew.
