Sunshine board is widely applied in lighting ceiling of public and civil buildings, highway noise barriers and modern greenhouse as lighting materials, another in advertising floor materials, the bathroom door and so on. It has the advantages of good impact resistance, sound insulation, daylighting, UV-proof, flame resistance. It perfectly brings into line the contradictions between light weight and high strength, and material itself is transparent like clean water. It is widely applied in sports venues, public constructions, industrial constructions, civil buildings, modern greenhouse and interior decoration and displays, and we provide the solutions of high quality, low maintain fee and daylighting for these places. Transparent board transmittance is up to 80%

Characteristics of PC sunshine board productions:
Weatherability: It can keep all the physical indexes stable within -40 centigrade to 130 centigrade. The yellowing degree is only 2, and the decreasing value of light transmittance is only 0.6 percent.
Impact resistance: The impact resistance of PC board is up to 3kg/cm. The PC board is 250-300times the impact resistance of the general glass, is 20-30 times of the PMMA plate, and is 2 times of the toughened glass, which make it hard to break and don’t have the risk of fracture. It will not crack, when hit by less than 3kg of hammer which drops from two meters. So it enjoyed the reputation of being “unbreakable glass” and “ring of steel”.
Resistance to heat, resistance to cold: During the temperature from -40 centigrade to +130 centigrade, it will not cause deformation or degrading the quality. PC board will not be brittle in -100 centigrade, as well as be softened in 137.3 centigrade. Its mechanics and mechanical properties don’t have obvious changes in hostile environments.
Lightness & Rigidness: It is light. It is only half weight of the glass, 1/3 the weight of acrylic board. Owing to good adaptability and safety, it is easy to handle, drill. When installed, it is not breakable, and construction is simple and safe.
High plasticity: The PC board can be installed into the arched and semicircular ceiling according to the design drawing on the live site with cold formed way. The minimal bending radius is 100 times the thickness of the used board.
Preventing dewing: When the outdoor temperature is 0 centigrade, the indoor temperature is 23 centigrade and the relative humidity indoor is under 80%, so the inside surface will not dew.
Energy Saving: It keeps building cool in summer, and keeps them warm in winter. The thermal conductivity (Kvalue) of PC board is lower than common glass and other plastics. The effect of heat insulation is 7%-25% higher than glass with equal level. The highest rate of heat insulation is 49%. Thus it can reduce heat loss greatly, and suit for buildings with warm equipments, which belong to environmental protection material.
