There are three ahapes of WDG Granules, first is round shape, second is strip shape, and the last one is pellet shape. For the roung shape, we can use turbojet flud bed granulator to make it, and for the strip shape and pellet shape granules, we will have to use a production line. Here we will introduce the production line of strip shape granules:
1. General description of strip shape WDG granules:
This production line is mainly consists of the following steps: Mixing, Granulating, Drying, Sieving
First, Mixing different powder materials and binder uniformly (Equipment: High speed mixer)
Second: Granulating by extruding granulating, we can get strip granules. (Equipment: Extruding granulator)
Third: Transferring the strip damp granules to the dryer for drying (Equipment:and vibrating fluid bed dryer for drying)
Fourth: Sieving the different particle size granules by a sifter. (Equipment: Vibrating sieve)
Fifth: Packing.

Vibrating sieve and vibrating fluid bed dryers, one for drying and one for cooling. The connecting between the outlet of the dryer for drying and the inlet of the dryer for cooling is soft connection. And as well as the connect between the outlet of drying for cooling and the inlet of vibrating sieve.

Cyclone separators of two fluid bed dryers. During the drying and cooling process, some fine powder will be collected by the cyclone separators.

Foodstuff industry: Chicken essence, mushroom essence, and other granule flavorings.
