In agochemical industry, we always need to produce WDG. There are three kinds of WDG granules: Round shape, strip shape and pellet shape. If we want to get round shape granules, one turbojet fluid bed granulator is OK. If we want to get strip shape granules, the production line will be made up of mixing-granulating-drying-sieving four steps. And if we want to get pellets shape granules, the production will be made up of mixing-granulating-pelleting-drying-sieving five steps.
The equipment we will use:
XLB Turbojet fluid bed granulator:
CH Slot Mixer, for mixing
ZL Extruding granulator, for granulating
QZL pelletizer, for pelleting
GFG High efficient fluid bed dryer
ZS Vibrating Sieve, for sieving
If you want a high automation degree system, please contact me, we will design for you. In the high automation degree production line, we usually use GHJ High Speed Mixer for mixing, and use ZLG Vibrating fluid bed dryer for drying. The production line will be continuously work, and capacity is large. Following are pictures of GHJ High Speed Mixer and ZLG Vibrating fluid bed dryer:

4. Application of the production line
Foodstuff industry: Chicken essence, mushroom essence, and other granule flavorings.
