Our company has rich experienced in making chicken essence/ mushroom essence production line equipments. 1. General description of chicken essence/ mushroom essence production line
This production line is mainly consists of the following steps: Crushing, Mixing, Granulating, Drying, Cooling, Sieving, Packing.
First, crushing the raw material such as sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate and so on to fine powder. (Equipment: Universal Grinder)
Second: Mixing the raw materials such as chicken essence, sugar, salt, monosodium, dextrin and other additives uniformly (Equipment: High speed Mixer).
Third: Granulating by extruding granulating, we can get strip granules. (Equipment: Extruding granulator)
Fourth: Transferring the strip damp granules to the dryer for drying (Equipment: Belt conveyor and vibrating fluid bed dryer for drying)
Fifth: Cooling the dried strip granules. (Equipment: Vibrating fluid bed dryer for cooling)
Sixth: Sieving the different particle size granules by a sifter. (Equipment: Vibrating sieve)
Seventh: Packing.

Vibrating sieve and vibrating fluid bed dryers, one for drying and one for cooling. The connecting between the outlet of the dryer for drying and the inlet of the dryer for cooling is soft connection. And as well as the connect between the outlet of drying for cooling and the inlet of vibrating sieve.
