1.Optional function before and after the fixed upright, vertical sprayer machine can increase the production rate, the structure of mechanical solid and practical.
2.The device can be single acting, also could be the automatic production line with casting machine and fetching machine.
3.The device with two specific atomizers, it can make the fixed and movable mold atomization before effect, the size of water can be adjustable, no water leakage situation, while doing thin cast, highlighted the atomizing effect.
4.The device can adjust the time of spraying release agent for the fixed side and movable side.
5.With a rise and fall blowing function, automatic cleaning of the mold surface and other debris, make the mold surface clean and clear.
6.Adjustable of the spraying amount of injection mold release agent.
7.Life cylinder is for free positioning anti falling cylinder, to ensure that the spray head will not fall in the absence of air pressure.
8.The speed of rising and falling is stable with function of fast declining deceleration.
9.The machine uses PLC programming control, it has positioning and after positioning options.
10.Configurable electrical box panel configuration can set various functions and parameters of the man-machine interface, easy operation, fault code display features and easy maintenance.
