Extractor For Hot Chamber Product Features
1.Straight main arm combine with the I.M.M robot principle of double speed belt (the speed of straight arm is double as fast as ordinary out-the-front). With the rotation principle of die casting sprayer (rotate more smoothly) and the design of linear guide, make the power transmission more smoothly.
2.Due to its automatic lubricating device, lubrication and running are more stable. Assembled by professional technicians, overall performance is more stable.
3.Using imported servo motor can monitor every action state of extractor. Power output is more smoothly. Program is controlled by PLC, all time parameters set by the touch screen with operation tips and fault diagnosis function.
4.Pickup and spray in integration means not only pick up single, but also pick-up and spray together. Selectable spray mode: fixed point and side-spraying, it is more suitable for zinc alloy and magnesium alloy products.
5.Pick up the finished die casting product from the cavity instead of man hand, to complete the automatic production with die-casting machine.
6.The machine will reduce labor intensity, improve production efficiency. Daily production can be increased by 30-40%.
