stone crushing line raw materials:
Gravel crushing process of limestone, granite, marble, basalt, iron ore, river pebble, shale, bluestone, coal, cobblestone, construction waste.

stone crushing line working principle:
Raw materials are screened and carried by vibrating feeder which conveys large materials into jaw crusher equably for primary crushing. Crushed materials will be transported by belt conveyor into cone crusher for fine crushing, and then materials enter into circular vibrating screen for screening to distinguish the different specifications of finished product, and unqualified gravel will be conveyed into cone crusher to be crushed again.
Stone crushing plant can devide to two kinds:one is for mobile crushing plant,and the other is for stationary type crushing plant.They all widely used in stone crushing,clients often choose according to their worksite situation and their need.

Working Principle of Jaw crusher:
The motor drives the belts and the belt wheels, and make the movable jaw up and down by the eccentric shaft.When the movable jaw descends, the angle between the fixed jaw and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the materials can be crushed; when the movable jaw rises, the angle between the fixed jaw and the movable jaw becomes bigger; and the movable jaw plate leaves from the fixed jaw by the function of the tension rod and the spring. And then the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing cavity.
