Brief Introduction
Vertical shaft sand maker is also known as sand making machine and shaping machine. It is the internationally advanced low energy crushing equipment which manages the fine crushing equipments for ore, river pebbles and Iron ore. It is the effective, practical and reliable sand shaping machine at this moment.
Application
This series of sand making and shaping machines are suitable for kinds of hardness material, widely used in metal ore or non_metallic minerals, building sand, stones, metallurgical slag, and quartz. It is especially suitable for super hardness material and wear resistant material such as corundum, sintered bauxite, etc.
Working Principle
Materials fall into the highspeed rotary impellers from the top of the machine, accelerated by the centrifugal force, it strongly grinds with the other part of material flowing around the impellers in an umbrella form. After their impaction, the eddy will be formed between the impellers and the machine shell. In the eddy the materials are impacted, rubbed and pulverized for many times and discharged from the bottom of the machine. The required granularity of the final products is controlled by the screening equipment.
