1. Industrial Autoclaved Kettle
1.Autoclaves kettle is a large pressure vessel. It is widely used in the steam pressure curing process of making light weight block and fly ash brick etc. buliding material.
2.It also can be used in rubber products, smelt heavy metal, chemical and pharmaceutical
etc field which needs the project of pressure curing process. We can design different models
of autoclaved kettles according to the user need.
3.The main material of pressure parts: the axe is made by a whole piece of 16MnR iron board, the flanges isadpoted by 16Mn with whloe plate and graually process a ultrasonic test. It is
index is according to the rule of JB/T4730.3-2005.
4.The way of open the axe cover: It can divided into side open and up open, according to the driver way of opening,autoclaved kettle can divided into manualelectric neumatic and
hydraulic transmission.
