Whole Production Line
Be used for welding and cleaning the pvc profile frame or sash,including CNC PVC window door four corner welding unit,automatic transfer unit,manipulator and CNC PVC window door corner cleaning unit.This production line is equipped with one imported world famous brand control system to control three servo motors for integration control with high reliability.With automatic program and optional processing programs,this production line is applied to large-scale production of window &door.
CNC PVC window door four corner welding unit
This unit is designed with horizontal structure for the table running.With imported drive system and function of compensation for size error,this machine achieves high stability and accuracy.Special positioning system and impaction device ensures the size precision.Corner welding is strengthened to achieve a better effect of corner cleaning.This unit is also equipped with profile discharging device automatically.
CNC PVC window door corner cleaning unit
Equipped with eight groups of different cutters,this unit is used for corner cleaning with high accuracy and nice cleaning appearance.Adopting 4-axis servo-drive system and imported computer system,this unit can achieve high efficiency and reliability.
General cutters can be used for more than 100 series of profile.Error compensation between arc and beeline is available.
Automatic transfer unit and manipulator
Automatic transfer unit is used for conveying the PVC profile frame or sash automatic after welding .
manipulator is used for converying the PVC profile frame or sash to the right position.
