Insulating Glass Production Line Features:
- Ø Germanic technology is adopted in the whole line and main components are imported from world famous brand since it will be stable, convenient to maintain, and easy to handle.
- Ø Insulating glass like standard glass, overlength glass, coated glass, low-E glass, big and small glass, step glass, special shape glass, triple glass, etc can be produced.
- Ø The carbon steel plate with high strength and accuracy is adopted as the whole back plate, since it’s laser cut and CNC bent with high strength and easy to install.
- Ø The convey part is equipped with safe guard for easier maintenance and safety.

Insulating Glass Production Line Washing and drying section.
- Ø This section is equipped with stainless steel to prevent any rust.
- Ø 7 motors are equipped. There are 6 motors supplying 6 brushes and 1 motor supplying the rubber. There are 3 separated tanks outside each pair of brushes with thermostatic heating system to improve the cleaning effect. The first pair of brush won’t work when low-E or tempered glass processed for protection the film controlled by a switch.
- Ø Germany industrial plastic(avoid getting rusty) bearings are used so there is no need to maintain daily.
- Ø This machine adopts high pressure fan, equipped with special air knife with bigger angle others which can improve the drying effect. Multistage frequency conversion control is exclusively used, and multi-speed revolution optimization function can realize all kinds of size of glass movement.
- Ø Big color touching screen can lively monitor working stage of each section, equipped with self-diagnosis function, easy to maintain, also with remote diagnosis function.

Insulating Glass Production Line Assembly Pressing section
- Ø Servo motor and ball screw is adopted for locations and pressing for the high accuracy.
- Ø There are 22 suckers with sensor switch under each in the pressing cabinet. The glass will touch the sensor switch when coming by, then the sucker up the touched sensor switch will suck the glass. Other suckers with sensor switch not touched won’t work.
- Ø The distance between two boards of the pressing cabinet can be adjusted automatically according to the thickness and size of the glasses.
