Features:
1.It can process double glazing glass, triple glazing glass, stepped glass and shaped glass.
2.Automatic distinguishing of Low-E glass and coating glass. Then the hard brush will step back lest film scratching.
3.It can produce insulating/glazing glass with the maximum of 2200*3000 mm, with the minimum of 250*450 mm.
4.Servo control system, screw tracked flat press ensures high precision in combination and steady work.
5.Colored touch screen for real time monitoring; self-diagnose system, easy to check the malfunction; online check available.
6.Laser-cut and CNC bending back board for high intensity and easy assembling.
7.Germany industrial plastic bearing is adopted in the glass cleaning section for rusty prevention.
8.Spacer installing support to realize adjustable sealant sealing in-depth.
9.Seamless connection to film remover and two-component coating machine can be realized.
10.Frequency converter to freely slow down or speed up for higher working efficiency.
