Product features:
1.The whole line adopts Germany Technology,main components using imported internation famous brand,its stable, convenient to maintain, and easy to handle ,can produce insulating glass like standard glass, overlength glass, coated glass, LOW-E glass, stepted glass,varity glass, special shaped glass, triple glass and so on.
2.The back plate of whole line adopts laser cutting,CNC bending carbon steel plate, strength is high and easy to install.
3. Automatic identify coating layer of glass's surface, in order to control brush division, adopts to clean cotaed glass ,also equipped with professional glass brush for cleaning LOW-E.
4.This machine adopts high pressure fan,equipped special blower,improve drying effect.
5.Big colored touching screen can monitor working stage of each section lively, equipped with self-diagnosis function, easy to maintain , it can adopt long-distance diagnosis function.
6. Cleaning sections all adopts advanced Germany industrial plastic bearing, there is no need to maintain daily, also can provide bearing rust.
7. The pressure adopts servo motor and ball screw make sure assembling IG unit with high precision, it can automatically adjust glass size and also can process super glass.
8.This machine can link Film Removing machine and Two-component Coating Machine freely.
