Introduction for PARKER aluminium window door corner crimping machine:
LJJZ2A-100×3500 automatic feeding double corner crimping machine can feed automatically and process aluminum doors and windows. It is used for riveting and crimping corners in double heads of frames or sashes synchronously. Owing to its plunger type hydraulic system, this automatic crimping machine is highly praised for efficient rivet punching and firm corner connecting. Operators can adjust the hold-down and positioning device in the vertical direction, so as to process profiles with diverse specifications. The double corner crimping machine adopts unique double foot valve design that makes pre-compaction more effective, facilitates cutting and corner crimping, and reduces the rejection rate. This automatic crimping machine can be also equipped with an auxiliary compression mechanism to help to feed materials.
