RJN Paintball/Softgel Encapsulating Machine
Products Description:
The Model RJN Paintball/Softgel Encapsulating Machine is a new generation of roller die type water cooling type soft gelatin encapsulation machine that optimized designed and precise manufactured on the basis of foreign latest technology. The main technical index meets the international advanced level and conforms with the GMP standard.
It consists of main machine, gelatin melting tank, insulated gelatin storage tank, electric control cabinet, conveyor, shape/drying rotary cage, colloid mill etc. The working principles: put the oil, gelatin-insoluble liquid, paste, plaster (e.g. extract plaster) inject into between two gelatin skin quantificational, through the two roller dies and press and cutting into various shape soft capsules, such as egg shape, fish shape, cylinder, ball shape, calabash shape. The product is widely used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, health food and pesticide etc.
It has two models, model A adopts button to control machine start or stop, and model B to replace the button with PLC.
This production process is as the following ten merits:
- Comparing with air cooling that cause dust contamination, water cooling of this machine will ensure clean environment.
- Optimization the design of the roller die, increase the output of 30--40% than the model RJN-152 (6 inch roller dies), meanwhile enhance the utilization ratio of gelatin.
- Adopting air pressure ensure gelatin storage tank conveys gelatin on the ground, ensure better production environment.
- The capsule conveyance belt adopt food-grade conveyance belt (FDA approved) produced by Lexno Corporation (USA) which is non-toxic, non-sticky, and easy to wash.
- The shaping and drying rotary cage is made of stainless steel mesh panel with no dead corners and easy to clean. An oil basin under the rotary cage ensures no oil dropping during the production.
- All the electric components adopt well-known brand in the world, the performances is stable.
- The 10-station and 14-station injection rod equipped with the machine, ensure full use of roller dies when producing the small dosage products, enhances the utilization ratio of gelatin and output.
- It is convenient and prompt that adjusting the clearance of two roller dies by air pressure.
- The improved capsule-peeling unit minimizes the probability that the waste gelatin skin enwind onto the gelatin-peeling rod.
- The injector, gelatin spreading box and the roller die are made of special material, material contact part are made of 316L S.S and other parts are made of 304# S.S which conforms with GMP standard completely.

Model A is the standard common configuration, with manual control panel;
Model B is the senior configuration, with PLC & Human Machine Interface (LCD).
Export standard plywood package are supplied with well packed. we can make the packages according to customer's request. Sea packages or Air packages are both available.
