Description
ESW-1.0 Lab Horizontal Bead Mill is a professional kind of wet-grinding machine for lab samples. The machine applies to materials with various viscosity
and can get ideal particle size in shorter time, more efficiently. It is easy to start with low energy
consumption rate and high grinding effect.
Features
1. Adopt German Burgmann Mechanical seal with compact structure and liquid recycle pump which can ensure the seal can work normally for a long time
2. Adopt dynamic trapezoid fence booms discharge to solve conventional problem of slowly discharge, stuck grinding medium etc..
3. The inner tank uses special compound stainless steel which is completely penetrated after the heat treatment to ensure the hardness is equal to the hardness before be thoroughly grinded.
Therefore, the durability can be ensured & metal pollution can be avoided
4. Adopt spiral cooling system, taking most of the heat of the grinding tank.
5. High grinding efficiency which is useful to reduce materials' waste; the concentrated energy within the small grinding cavity can be optimized.
6. Compact grinding structure which can make the media distribute more reasonable, ideal circulation, channel-type process structure, easy to clean
7. Finely dispersing and grinding materials with different viscosity from micro to nanometer
