The plastic recycling machine is an automotive line for recycling the PET bottles and other waste plastic profile ,except the film .For recycling the film ,we use another type recycling line ,you can find the information about the film recycling line in the web .
The processing procedure of the PET recycling machine is as following:
Conveying raw material→Crushing with water→ Feeding →Agitating washer→Feeding→Horizontal frication washer →No.1 Rising washer →Feeding→No.2 Rising Washer→Feeding →Dehydrating machine→Pump conveying system→Hopper
For the plastic recycling line ,the final product is the cleaning flakes ,if you want the final product is pellets ,we should equip the granulator line again .The information of the granulator is showed in the web:
