The plastic recycling machine is an automotive line for recycling the PP PE film and other waste plastic profile ,except the film .For recycling the bottles ,we use another type recycling line ,you can find the information about the film recycling line in the web .
The process of this automatic production line for PP PE film and bags crushing and washing is as following:
Raw materials conveying→Crushing with water→Frication Washer→Rinsing washer 1→Screw feeding →Rinsing washer 2→Screw feeding →Centrifugal dryer →Pump feeding with hot air → Container with forced feeding
For the plastic recycling line ,the final product is the cleaning flakes ,if you want the final product is pellets ,we should equip the granulator line again .The information of the granulator is showed in the web:
