Operation & Control
Oil heating. Special steel structured heating platen.Hole lines inside the heating platen to increase better temperature uniformity.
Laminating Process is composed to three sections with adjusted speed and pressure for each.
Professional oil pump supplier to ensure oil heating and pumping stable.
Advanced touch screen platform makes it more intuitive to operate, respond more quickly, performance more stable. It visualizes a diagram with all vacuum and temperature values.
PID intelligent temperature control system.
Troubleshooting directly on the touch screen with alarm message
Silicon membrane change in less than 30 minutes with quick clamp system in working temperature
This solar laminator has very little need of maintenance and all maintenance work can be performed by the operator without calling Yiheng’s technicians.
