High Performance And Low Cost Flotation Equipment With ISO Certificate
The mineral floatation machine widely applies to rough selection, secondary selection and counter-floatation process work, such as the copper, the lead, the zink, the nickel, the molybdenum and so on non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal and nonmetal.
Flotation separator is an important device for sorting minerals by flotation. After grinding in wet, the minerals being liberated basically are made to ore pulp of certain density. In the stirred tank, they are mixed with the chemicals for flotation and then sent to the flotation separator. There through air charging and stirring, the minerals we want come up to the bubbles above and form foam layer, which are scraped by the scraper blade or overflow themselves. These foam products are the concentrate we desire. The non-foam products are discharged from the bottom of the tank.
1. Three functions of each tank individually: air absorption, slurry absorption, and floatation separation.
2.The single tank forms a floatation separation circle by itself without any auxiliary equipment, and the tanks are allocated horizontally, which benefits the change of flow.
3.The circulation of mineral slurry is reasonable and effective, which reduce the disposition of tailings to the largest extent.
4.Self-control device on the surface of mineral slurry makes it easy to control and adjust the machine.
5.The impeller has backward upper and lower vanes, which generates upper and lower circulation of mineral slurry respectively.
