Ball Mill's Working field
Widely used for the cement, the silicate product, new type building material, fire-proof material, chemical fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal, glass, ceramics, etc.
Ball Mill's Working principles
When the ball mill rotates,the frictional force generates between the grinding media(the casting balls) and the tube, which makes the grinding media rotate with the tube and reach a certain height. When its gravity(the centripetal component force of the gravity, to be exact) is bigger than
the centrifugal force, it leaves the tube and drops down, to smash the materials. When the tube rotates, the grinding media also slides, grinding the materials. So the materials are broken to pieces both by the smashing and grinding force of the grindng media.
Ball Mill's Features
1) Structure parts: feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part, decelerator, small transmission gear, generator, electrical control and so on.
2) The hollow axis is made of the cast steel and the lining plates can be replaced easily.
