1. Introduction Of Cement Plant:
One: Crushing And Pre-homogenization:
1) Crushing
In the cement production process, most of the raw material shall be crushed, such as limestone, clay, iron ore and coal,etc. Limestone is the main material to produce cement, the size is big, the hardness is large, so the crushing process of limestone takes an important role in the cement factory.
Crushing process is more economic and convenient than grinding process, it is important to select the suitable crushing machines and grinding equipments. Before the material feeding into the grinding machines, the big material shall be crushed into small pieces as possible, so it can lighten the load for grinding machines, promoting the capacity of ball mill. After the material being crushed, it can avoid the separating phenomenon of different sizes of material in transportation and storage, so it is suitable to produce the even-size raw material, enhance the batching precision.
2) Raw Material Pre-homogenization
Pre-homogenization technology adopts the technical piling and taking technology to reach primary homogenization in the raw material storage and taking process, let the raw material storage place has functions both of storage and homogenization.
The principle of pre-homogenization is In materials piled up process, with material piling machine, to make the incoming raw material continuously pile into as many parallel, fluctuation overlap and same thickness of coal layer according to certain way. When taking the material, In perpendicular to the direction of material layer as far as possible while cutting took all coal layer, with this cut method, until it gets over, namely flat storage and straight taking.
Meaning:
(1) Homogenize the raw material, avoid quality change, convenient to produce high quality clinker and receive stable burning system production.
(2) Enlarge mineral resouces use, promote exploit efficiency.
(3) It can reduce the mine exploiting cost.
(4) High adaptability for the stick and wet material.
(5) It provides the stable raw material for factory in long terms, it can separate the raw material into different sizes in the storage place, so it can reach stable production and high production efficiency.
(6) High automatic.
3) Raw Material Preparation:
In cement production line, it needs to grind at least 3t material(like various raw material, fuel, clinker, mixture and gypsum) for 1t portland cement, the grinding process takes more than 60% power of total factory in dry cement production line, the raw material grinding takes about 30%, grinding of coal takes about 3%, cement power grinding process takes about 40%. So it is siginificant to choose the reasonable grinding machines and flow chart.
Working Principle:
The motor drives the grinding machine through the reducer device, the material feeds into the center of grinding device by chute through air-lock feeding device, the material will be grinded and discharge from the edge of the grinding machine, meanwhile, the powder can be dry by the hot air, then the powder being pushed into the high efficiency powder separator. The bigger size of powder will be returned to the ball mill for second grinding, the fine powder will be collected by the dust collector, it is the final product.
Two. Preheat Decomposition:
(1) Process:
With the preheat device, it can preheat the raw material and partial decomposition, instead of the rotary kiln, reaching reducing the length of kiln, meanwhile, it can make the raw material and the hot air mix fully, enlarging the touching area between air and material, heat transfer rate is fast, heat exchanging efficiency is high, so that it can enlarge the production efficiency of kiln and reduce the consumption when burning the raw material.
Three. Burning Of Cement Clinker
Raw material in the preheater to complete warm-up and break down, the next process is carried out into the rotary kiln clinker.
In the rotary kiln for further rapid decomposition of carbonate and a series of solid-phase reaction to produce cement clinker minerals. With the temperature near the material will become liquid when minerals dissolved in the liquid phase and the reaction generates a large number (clinker). Clinker, the temperature started to fall. Finally, the cement clinker cooler to clinker kiln cooling of high temperature discharged to the downstream transport, store and cement mill can withstand the temperature, while high-temperature clinker sensible heat recovery, improve thermal efficiency and clinker quality.
Four. Cement Grinding
Cement manufacturing cement grinding is the final process, but also power most of the process. Its main function is to cement clinker (and gelling agent, performance tuning materials, etc.) grinding to the appropriate size (in fineness, specific surface area, said), a certain particle size distribution, increasing the size of its hydration accelerate the hydration rate of cement to meet the body condensation and hardening requirements.
2. Application Of Practical Cement Plant:
In the practical industrial cement production, usually build up the small cement plant, which is much simple and easy to be built up and installation. The raw material is direct clinker instead of limestone. It is usually made up of the crusher, cement grinding ball mill, paking machine, conveyor, etc.
3. The Main Parameters Of Ball Mill Used In Cement Plant:
The productivity or capacity of one small cement plant is determined to the capacity of the cement grinding ball mill. Usually it is with the dry grinding process to produce the cement.
