4. Product Description:

4. The machine adopts high precision, high strength steel castings, special welding technology and materials to manufacture. With good rigidity, vibration resistance, long life.
5. This machine adopts four stem guide ways; ensure the accurate movement of pressure head and mould.
6. This machine adopts platform and mold’s vibration together, the hydraulic pressure molding use round-trip oriented feed device, molding cycle is short, high production efficiency, the compactness and quality is good, the size is accurate.
7. Using machine, electricity, liquid integration technology makes each cycle consistent. Thus the forming products are with high stability, lower rejection rate.
