This belt conveyor made by our company can convey various of materials economically and effectively.
Working characteristics:
In the process of industrial production, it can be used as the connection of the continuous production among mechanical equipments, realizing continuity and automation,increasing the productivity and reducing the workload. It adopts the friction transmission principle to work. It has these features: giant transporting ability, long transporting distance, steady transportation and no relative movement between materials and the convey belt.

The conveyor produced in our company has the advantages of large conveying capacity, simple structure, convenient maintenance and standardization of components.
Application scope:
It is widely used in mining, metallurgical, coal industry, etc to convey loose materials or packed products. The materials can be conveyed by a single conveyor or several or conveying system combined with other conveying equipment horizontally or with an angel, to meet the requirements of operating line of different arrangement form. It can work in the temperature from -20 to +40 degree centigrade. The temperature of the materials for conveying should be under 50 degree centigrade.
Basic components:
The machine is mainly composed of machine frame, transporting belt, belt roller, tension and rotation devices, etc. The main body adopts high quality steel plates, and the form of the machine rack depends on the height differences between front and hind legs. The conveying belt is fixed at an inclination angle. The rack is equipped with belt roller, supporting roller etc, to drive and support the transmission belt. There are two driving components: deceleration motor and electric cylinder.
