I.Usage
This automatic flap disc making machine,With highly automated,stable performing,lowest product rejection rate,can produce the flap disc size from 75mm-180mm.The machine can auto glue coating with fixed quantity,auto cutting,auto sort out the abrasive paper,auto lay the disc and collect the finished product.PLC control is adopted in this machine,greatly improved the working efficiency,enable the flap disc with good quality,good looking.

1.With imported standard electric part and motors,made the machine performance more precision and stable,can prolong the machine life.PLC system control,may operating easily,safely;
2.Advanced technologies,can array the pieces evenly,each step working smoothly;
3.High productivity,forming fast(the max. Speed can up to 700pieces/h);
4.High automated,only need 1 person to operate the machine;
5.Suitable for high,medium and low quality glue and abrasive belts;
6.Imported glue pump.Each heating zone can control independently through electric heating,heating uniformity and stability,the glue will not solidify,not leaking;
7.Low noise, low vibration and low cost of consumable parts;
8.Parallel double feeding system,shortening installation and reloading time,the working efficiency is triple compare to single feeding system;
9.The production speed can changed(Continuously Variable Transmission),may choose different working speed to different materials,ensure the quality of each product;
10.With remote monitoring.Enable users can receive technical support and after service conveniently.
