Prepare  material

According mould drawing to prepare mould base ,inserts

 and pins.

Making Machining 

mould base ,cavity insets and core insets,even slide block

 by CNC EDM,wire cutting, surface polish and other treatment,

 finally assemble.

First  sample  and dimension

Make samples and measure all  dimension according drawing ,

make the dimension reort ,if all the dimension within tolerance ,

will send dimension report to customer with samples.

Customer Confirm Samples

Approve the samplees
