Taper seamless steel pipe is a key component of converter conical oxygen lance.
The taper seamless steel pipe specifications:
Large end:Φ325mm~630mm,
Small end: Φ194mm~402mm,
Lengh: ≤9m, can meet current needs of all existing specifications steel-making converter.

In the steel making process at present, as a result of straight oxygen lance used, the oxygen lance sticking is a common problem. It is the most difficult work to handle the adhesion on the lance.The workers offen suffer injury, burns and other accidents.
The best way to avoid oxygen lance sticking is to use taper oxygen lance. The split taper oxygen lance body near the nozzle is tapered, upper end is bigger and lower end is small.The steel slag cannot stick on the lance.It has proved that the taper oxygen lance has long performance life, reduces labor intensity and accident, and increases the efficiency of steelmaking.
