Equipment structure and work principle

  1.equipment composition: it is made of track underbed, grinding head dolly( 2sets),revolving roller device( 2sets),wet centrifugal dust scrubber device (2sets), electrical control system.

2. Equipment parts structure and working principle:

2.1 Track underbed part: 

Track underbed part made of welded merchant steel,lay the heavy rail on it in order to guide the grinding head dolly and raw material pipe roll driving device. 

2.2 Grinding head dolly part:

Made of dolly, grinding head subassembly, dolly driving device  

2.3 Raw material pipe roll driving device:

Made of roller, stock stop,roller driving device, roller gap adjustment device and safe shade plate.

2.4 use web dust remover(2 pieces),fan power:5.5kw

This dust remover was put both sides of steel pipe,the machine appearance is drum shape, built-in fan, cyclone separator and dust collection bucket.to make the dust air and water form cyclone and produce continuous fog water vapor which absorb the dust in the air. The dust remover has the property of high efficiency, low noise,compact structure,move easily,long service life,easy maintenance and so on. Water wastage in 24h is 0.2CBM.

2.5 Electrical control system:

2 sets of grinding head electric machine operation monitoring system made of 2 pieces of DM94C digital amperemeters. The operator can monitor the grinding head operation and make the steel pipe surface better.
