Product Application
Disc granulator is mainly used in low/medium content of compound fertilizer production and granulation of organic/inorganic compound fertilizer or single-quality fertilizer.
Product performance characteristics:
1. The disc of Wanfeng granulating disc adopts overall arc structure, granulating rate can reach more than 93%.
2. The granulating disc is equipped with three discharge holes, suitable for intermittent production operation, greatly reducing labor intensity and improving labor efficiency.
3. Speed reducer and motor adopt flexible belt drive, which ensures smooth starting, reduces impact force and improves the service life.
4. The granulating disc bottom is reinforced by many radial steel plates, which is sturdy and durable, and will never deform.
5. Wanfeng granulating disc adopts thickened, weighted and sturdy base, thus the machine needs no anchor bolt for fixing and can operate smoothly.
