High Efficiency HONGDA Movable Garbage Bin
The Hongda movable garbage bin, specially designed for the hook-arm garbage truck, is widely used to collect and carry household garbage in downtown and suburban areas. The bin with a nice appearance enjoys both sealing and storage functions. The durable corrosion-resistant bin can prevent the spreading of peculiar smell, the falling off of garbage and the leakage of sewage to avoid secondary pollution of the environment.
The use of this movable garbage bin reduces the workload of sanitation workers and increases the garbage transportation efficiency. It improves the environment quality by perfectly combining neatness, beauty, safety and efficiency with environment protection, advocating a new concept and fashion of green life and enhancing people’s environmental awareness
1. The outside of the bin was painted after sand blasting and the inside was painted with anticorrosive primer.
2. Each upper door is equipped with two air springs which conveniently help to open and close the doors automatically.
3. All the doors and the bin body are sealed with EPDM materials which can prevent rainwater infiltration and sewage leakage.
4. The open-type discharging door equipped with adjustable locksets makes the discharging operation easy and fast.
5. The bin front with drag hooks and the bin bottom with tracks and trolleys make it convenient to use with the hook-arm truck. The lifting and discharging operations are carried out by the control of hydraulic cylinders in the hook-arm truck.
