Details of joint-hidden roll forming machine as follows:
1. General performance of the line
1) Material thickness: 0.3-0.8mm
2) Material width: according our customer's requests
3) controlling device:PLC
4) Line speed:8-12 m/min
5) Power supply: 380V/ 50Hz/ 3Phase or as customer's request
6) Total power: 5.5+4 kw
7) Dimension: about 11m*1.4m*1.5m
8) Feeding width: the final data depends on customer's request
9) Number of forming stations: 15-20 pairs
2. Working flow
1) Decoiling: feeding of the material for bottom metal strip.
2) Roll forming: producing the bottom metal strip for roof or wall panel.
3) Raw material feeding table: In order to feeding the mmaterial straightly.
4) Main forming station: shaft material is 45# steel forged,roller material is 45# bearing steel.
5) Cutting system: material of the cutting blade is Cr12MoV,the best cutting distance of the blade is within 1mm.
6) Controlling system: All the production line will controlled by the PLC,realized the full- automatic.
7) The counter: every machine we will provided several extra counters for the damage of the counter.
8) Run-out table:we have different kinds of receiving table,the simple one,the auto-stacker or other designed run out table,we can designed it according your demand.
9) We will provided a whole production line if you have no special requests.
