Shallow Water Air flotation machine
for solid and liquid separation
I. Introduction
Shallow air flotation machine are designed with ‘shallow tank theory’ and ‘zero velocity principle”. Retention time only 3-5 minutes.The machine has wide range of application, can be used in paper making(white paper recovery), lake water source water plant algae removal and turbid descending.Industrial wastewter treatment such as petrochemcial , textile, printing and dyeing,electroplating, tanning, food industry,etc
II. Working Principle
Shallow air flotation works by intense micron bubbles into the sewage, Released in the raw water pipeline at normal pressure,make the impurity, floc adhere to each other in the pipeline.The formation of the floating body is far less than the proportion of water, rapid ascent to the surface by buoyancy in the tank,to meet the solid-liquid separation in this method.
