Description:
It is for consecutive transferring of loosen, adhesive and tangling material with max. temperature reaches 100°C while max. inclination of machine is less than 45°. It is widely used in industries such as construction material, chemical engineering, environmental protection, electrical power, pharmaceutical and food, especially for conveying sand, grill residue and mud from sludge dewatering etc.. Material enters into spiral pipe from feed hopper and will be discharged at the correct position.
This machine is mainly composed of driving device, transferring spiral, U-shape slot, lining board, cover plate, inlet and outlet, machine lid (if necessary) and base etc.
Spiral pressure is used for dewatering of grille residue so as to reduce the vol. for easy transportation and landfill.
