1. Equipment instruction
Vacuum Belt Filter -dewatering equipment is a new type press filter which is researched and developed by our company with our patent. It fully takes in advantage of vacuum suction and gravity of slurry to ensure solid-liquid separation. It takes the filter cloth as the filtration medium, and removes the water of the filter cake to the utmost, depending on vacuum suction and high pressure dehydration area through repeat extrusion and cutting of roller and filter cloth.

2. Characteristic
1) Highly automatic, it is a wholly automatically consecutive working process from feeding, filtering, washing, slag detaching till filter-cloth washing.

2) High filtration speed, because of the reasonable structure of filter cake, filtrate appearing small resistance makes sure quick filtration of thin layer.

3)Good washing effect, Multistage advection washing and counter-current washing can be realized which ensure the best washing effect.

4)It's convenient for installation and maintenance because of framed construction.
