- Vacuum Packing Principle
> The main role is oxygen vacuum packing to prevent food spoilage, the principle is relatively simple, mainly due to deterioration of food mold rot caused by microbial activity, while the majority of microorganisms (such as molds and yeasts) need oxygen to survive, and vacuum packaging is the use of this principle, the packing bag and food cells deprived of oxygen, loss of living microbial environment.
- Vacuum Packing Applications
> Composite film or aluminum foil for packaging materials, for solid, granular, powder, liquid, paste food, meat, sauce products, spices, fish, fruit, grain, soy products, chemicals, medicine, hardware equipment and other materials for vacuum packing.
> After vacuum packaged products to prevent oxidation, mildew, insects, moisture, can be kept fresh, so as to achieve the purpose of extending product shelf life.
> The upper vacuum chamber turning around, turns working head and tail of convergence, there is no waste of time, improve work efficiency. Double pump configuration, shorten extraction time, high-speed packaging, is mass production of the necessary equipment.

All the products before delivery should be tested by assemble&debugging engineer, wiped up and cleaned,then wrapped by stretch film to protect it from moist. The precision part need to flexible package. In addition, without standard tools, manual and other documents, and allow ex-factory confirmation sheet, the machine cannot leave factory.
All the products will be packed in wooden case. The exported products use plywood case to pack. The foot margin of equipment fixed tightly to make the machine can experience loading&uploading, the upward mark will be posted on the wooden case.
Packaging details: Standard export packing, major products using export plywood case packing, small products use thick carton packing, ensure that the product packaging integrity and safety.
