They’re supplied flat packed making it easier to unload and are much less space consuming. they are ideal for commercial sized refrigeration rooms for the end customers, they offer the perfect tailored solution to perfectly fit into the space you have available.Available in stainless steel as well as the standard galvanised steel sheet with food safe polyester, the panels contain highly efficient insulation materials which are encased within the surfaces.
They are easily cleaned and are made from accredited food safe materials.

Ice Cream cold room refrigerator Installation tool: hexagonal key
Every panel is male (convex) and femal(concave) type,cam locks are pre-burried inside the panels,use a key to lock them together.
Our Ice Cream cold room refrigerator panel advantage :
1. Our panel foaming material is Italy Brand BASF . The whole panel average density above 40kg/m3 which enable the panel with better thermal conductivity of 0.021W/(m.k). The national standard is 0.024W/(m.k), which mean our panels will save the energy consumption of 12.5% than national standard.
2.All the panels we produce are with fire retardant, self extinguish, Fireproofing Grade is B1. It refers to the safety problem.
3.The steel sheet we purchase from Baosteel and POSCO which are the biggest steel factories in the world, they promise the painted galvanized steel they produce will not fade in 15~20 years
4.Gasket is around the edge of each Ice Cream cold room refrigerator panel , when panel lock together,the cool air will not leak,and the hot air can not come in .
