Polyurethane panels are 100% polyurethane insulation, foamed by high pressure by using BASF foaming material, envrionmental friendly and sanitary.
PU panels are foamed by high pressure, our pressure plate can bear the pressure up to 200 ton, even foaming, the whole panel average density 40kg/m3 or above which enable the panel with better thermal conductivity of 0.021W/(m.k)
All the panels are with fire resistance, self-extinguish; it refers to the safety problem
The panel fireproofing grade is B1 Level.
The steel sheet we purchase from Baosteel and POSCO which are the biggest steel factories in the world, they promise the painted galvanized steel they produce will not fade in 15years, the protect film of the painted galvanized steel is 0.07mm thick, well protect the steel sheet.
