Applications:
XBD-GH series isobaric fire pump are principally applicable for water supply for stationary fire system (hydrant extinguishing system, automatic sprinkier system and water-spary extinguishing system) in industrial and civil buildings. For water supply system shared by fire control and domestic needs, and for buildngs, municipal facilities, industry and enterprises and boilers.
Introduction:
XBD-GH series isobaric fire pump is a new series developed and manufacturered by our company, mainly used for fire-fighting system water supply of high buildings, it’s reliable and high quality fire-fighting pump.
XBD series isobaric fire pump also called tangent pump, they are provided with the characteristics of variable-flow and pressure stability, when the total flux scope, lifts the change not to be big, pump from zero current capacity to must the maximum current capacity scope endomorphism, it lifts the change in 5% scope, also when small current capacity or zero current capacity not overpressure, and avoids the phenomena e.g. excess pressure at medium and small flows, and short supply at large flow. It keeps fire fighting going on naturally and increase the efficiency of fire fighting and the safety of fire equipment and fire-fighter.
In accordance the characteristics of the fire pumps, combined with the specific conditions of the company, we adopt horizontal or vertical structure for isobaric fire pump less than 75KW(including 75KW), and only horizontal structure for isobaric fire pumps over 75KW. The entire series are all equipped with Y type DC motor with extended shaft. The pumps are in the nature of compact structure. Slinky and good appearance, mini type and reliable mechanical seal, which effectively enhance the reliability of the pump; the unshorounded impeller leads to small axial force; therefore the capable of stable and low-noise operation, of long service life, convenient for operation and maintenance. The pump body, the pump cover use the cast iron, the impeller uses the midular cast iron or the bronze material manfacture according to the use request.
