Raw Materials

There are two kind of resin bond:powder phenolic resin and liquid phenolic resin.
Powder phenolic resin:Good technological efficiency,a smaller forming density,greater abrasives structure.
Liquid phenolic resin:Material is easy to agglomerate,It easy to make mixed material nonuniform and cause abrasive partially hard.

Cutting result
Cautions:
1.Do visually inspect all wheel before mounting for possible damage.
2.Do make sure operating speed of machine, does not exceed speed marked on wheel.
3.Do check mounting flanges for equal size,relieved as required and correct diameter.
4.Make sure workpiece is stable.Hold the tool so that the wheel is at a perpendicular angle to the workpiece being cut;
5.Keep a light touch, as the wheel will break under too much pressure. Do not bump the wheel to start a cut;
6.Feed the wheel through the work as fast as possible without slowing the wheel in the cutting.

Packing:
1.During transport,please load and unload carufully to prevent the crack and shock.Ensure packing without damage.
2.During storage,put the wheels horizontally,donot touch the floor directly.
3.Should prevent moisture and direct sunlight,keep the warehouse shady and ventilated.The warehouse's temperature can not be less than 5 degrees.
