100% T/T(First, our company makes a PI for you, then 30% of the full payment paid in advance by buyer, then the goods will be delivered in 15~20 days. Buyer processes the balance 70% of payment when a scanned copy of original B/L sent to buyer by e-mail or fax. After the full payment is paid by the buyer, the seller will send all the original documents to the buyer for import customs clearance via an express company(including original invoice, original packing list, original B/L, original certificate of origin, original insurance policy, and so on.)
Q1: You are factory or trade company ?
A: We are professional wind turbine factory,specialized in designing and manufacturing small wind
turbines more than 10 years.We also have our own workshop,and we also installed the wind turbines outside our company for testing,to ensure all the wind turbines are good before delivery.
Q2: The quotation is including all the components?Means the whole system I need?
A: The price list for wind turbine only including generator, blades and controller, without inverter and
other parts. But if you need others components,we can help you purchase in Chinese Market.
Q3: What’s the working voltage of your wind turbines?Do I need batteries to store the electricity?
A: Our wind turbines have on-grid and off-grid.The off-grid system have 12V,24V,48V.The on-grid system have 110V,380V.
About off-grid system,you need batteries bank for storing,But on-grid system don’t need it,it can connected to your grid directly.
Q4: How height of the tower/pole for wind turbines?And how to install it,especially the foundation?
A: Different wind turbine have different tower.Generally,for our 600W,1KW wind turbines,we use 8m guyed cable tower.For 5KW wind turbine have two types,one is 12m free standing tower,another is 12m hydraulic tower.More than 5KW wind turbines,have 12m/18m hydraulic tower.
Q5: Does the wind turbine have lightning protection?
A: Yes.The wind turbine can handle 6000 Volts as required by related regulations and standards. If you live in a lightening prone area, Hopeful Wind Energy recommends an additional lightening arrestor at the base of the tower.
Q6: What should I do if I am expecting a sever storm?
A: The wind turbine is designed for very high winds, but it is always a good idea to shut it down if there is going to be a severe storm to protect against any flying debris.
Q7: How do I shut it down?
A: To turn it off all you need to do is to press down the red button on the controller’s main panel. This will cause NO damage to the unit.
Q8: Can I mount it to my roof?
A: Roof and building mount is not recommended. Because of the size and weight of the wind generator, it needs to be mounted on a PE certified tower to ensure the quietest and safest system. Roof mounting will invalidate the warranty.
Q9: What should I do if ice forms on the blades?
A: To avoid the possibility of injury from ice breaking loose from the blades and injuring anyone, the wind turbine should be turned OFF if ice accumulates on the blades.
